Delivery is free for all orders over £150.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days in UK,  but we will keep you informed with updates of your order throughout.

When requesting our embroidery services, a one-time charge is applicable for digitising your design - this is £25.

You can then use this design on any of our items for no extra charge.

If you change your design you will then need to pay the digitisation charge again.
